Terms and Conditions
Booking Hostels SL is adapted to the disposals of the Organic Laws 15/1999, 13 December and the Organic Law 34/ 2002, 11 JUly corresponding to information society and e-commerce and the disposals that develop them.
You are informed that your data registration in an authomated file of Booking Hostels SL correctly registered in the SpanishAgency of Potection with number T 15524/2011, whose aim is to provide and administrate the hired or requested service, and the execution of statistics, remission of advertising and other sales promotions that the company might carry out in thefuture.
The holder of these data will in all cases have the right to access to the automated files, being able to exercise the rights of rectification, cancellation and opposition to the terms provided for the data protection legislation.
To exercise such rights the holder will have to contact through letter or any other reliable means to the registered office of this entity, located at Av. Cardenal Benlloch, 22 in Valencia, Spain with the insertion of term A.R.C.O., duly signed by the data holder, with indication of his/her home and with a copy of his /her ID enclosed.
